RACE was responsible for the installation of the air conditioning and smoke control systems in the new Renaissance building, a project by Cobelba, S.A. Covering approximately 20,260 m² across nine floors, the building features parking, meeting rooms, auditoriums, a restaurant, gym, swimming pool, technical areas, and over 100 guest rooms.

The solution combines Air/Water and Water/Water systems to ensure thermal comfort and energy efficiency. Two chillers with total heat recovery, 16 fan coil units, 12 air handling units, and 74 fans were installed. For domestic hot water, two Water/Water chillers/heat pumps were used. The smoke control system was implemented in full compliance with current regulations (SCIE).

Using modern equipment, sustainable solutions, and an approach tailored to the project’s requirements, RACE delivered a reliable, efficient, and safe system. This project highlights the company’s capability to provide complete technical solutions for highly complex buildings.
