OUR HISTORY
1985
FOUNDATION
Selfrio S.A. was founded with the aim of providing technical assistance, design, manufacture and construction of refrigeration installations.
1992
CLIMATISATION
Sistavac S.A. was created to introduce the HVAC sector, and is a company with a strong technological focus, dedicated to the design and construction of air conditioning and hydraulic installations and centralised technical management.
1996
MAINTENANCE
The maintenance area was integrated through SMP S.A., with the aim of providing general maintenance services for the various sectors.
1998
INTERNATIONALISATION
Start of the internationalisation process with expansion into Brazil and Spain.
2017
RACE
Incorporation of the different companies into a single dynamic and innovative brand through a rebranding process with the aim of increasing our competitiveness.
2019
SKK Group
The company is acquired by the SKK Group, strengthening its position in the market.
2023
Organisation by Business Unit
Restructuring of the different departments into three business areas, optimising organisation and efficiency.
