RACE participated in the construction of the Oriente Green Campus, one of Lisbon’s most emblematic urban rehabilitation and sustainability projects. We were responsible for the design and implementation of the HVAC and ventilation systems, which are essential for ensuring thermal comfort, energy efficiency, and indoor air quality in a building that sets the standard for sustainable construction.

This campus stands out for its international certifications of excellence – LEED Platinum, WELL, and WiredScore – reflecting a strong commitment to sustainability, efficiency, and occupant well-being.

At RACE, we develop highly complex technical solutions on a daily basis that, although often discreet and invisible, have a direct impact on the quality of life and performance of buildings.

We employ advanced technologies such as BIM for modeling and integrating disciplines, and SACE, our centralized building management platform, to ensure efficient real-time control of the building.
