The Aldi Distribution Warehouse in Moita featured air conditioning and plumbing installations carried out by RACE, incorporating advanced technology to ensure comfort and efficiency. The project covers 82 loading and unloading docks, dry storage areas, positive and negative cold rooms, offices, as well as maintenance and store support areas. The installation includes the supply and assembly of two TRANE chillers of 298 kW each and two BOSH boilers of 228 kW each, connected to air handling units and fan coil units, with the installation of direct expansion units.

The centralized technical management and control system (BMS) was designed by RACE, including temperature control in open spaces and optimization of air renewal. The domestic hot water (DHW) system also features integrated control and consumption monitoring, promoting sustainable and efficient operation of the warehouse infrastructure.
