RACE equipped the University of Minho with an integrated consumption management system using the buildONE web application.

Electricity consumption is centrally monitored across multiple buildings in the cities of Braga and Guimarães, including the Gualtar Campus, the Azurém Campus, the Largo do Paço Archive and Library, the Nogueira da Silva Museum, and the Congregados.

A sub-metering system was implemented, allowing costs to be allocated to the respective departments and generating alerts whenever consumption deviates from the forecast.

buildONE provides management reports with performance indicators and data analysis tools, enabling easy identification of the sources of any excessive consumption.
