RACE was responsible for the installation of the HVAC system and Centralized Technical Management at the TMG Automotive factory, located in São Cosme, intervening in three main areas: the industrial zone, offices, and laboratory.

The implemented air conditioning system integrates 14 industrial air handling units and a dedicated unit for laboratory spaces, all supplied by a chiller with a cooling capacity of 1.2 MW. Space heating is provided through the recovery of thermal energy from the production process, a solution notable for its high energy efficiency.

The climate control of laboratory spaces includes strict temperature and humidity regulation, ensuring stable environmental conditions that meet the technical requirements of TMG Automotive. Through the Building Efficiency by RACE system, variables such as temperature, humidity, pressure, and air flow are controlled, guaranteeing comfort and stability both in the production halls and in the most sensitive technical areas.

This project reinforces RACE’s position in the industrial sector, consolidating its role as an engineering company with strong technical know-how and the ability to meet the sector’s demanding requirements and innovations.
