RACE developed and implemented the HVAC and Building Management System (BMS) at Siemens Gamesa’s facility in Vagos, ensuring efficient and integrated operation of all systems. The project included HVAC control, with the integration of chillers and air handling units (AHUs), as well as the management of the hot and chilled water production plant.

Enthalpy and energy metering were integrated to optimize consumption, along with the smoke extraction control system and various electrical installation points. This solution not only ensures thermal comfort and building safety but also provides rigorous monitoring of energy performance.
