RACE was responsible for implementing the HVAC and Building Management System (BMS) at the Santa Apolónia Hotel, delivering an integrated solution that ensures comfort, energy efficiency, and centralized control. The project included individual room management with BACnet integration for the VRV systems, as well as control of lighting, climate, and domestic hot water systems.

Additional solutions were implemented for monitoring elevators and the booster pump system, the smoke extraction control system, and water, electricity, and electrical network consumption. The installation was designed to achieve high technical and operational performance, meeting the requirements of a modern, high-standard hotel environment.
