RACE completed the design and construction project of the Ferticentro Obstetrics and Reproductive Medicine Clinic, a highly specialized facility covering 537 m², of which 73 m² correspond to clean rooms with strict hospital-grade requirements, including an operating theater, embryology laboratory, andrology laboratory, and cryobiology laboratory.

The HVAC system was specifically developed to meet the demands of these critical areas, comprising five air handling units designed for clean rooms and custom-built for this installation. Considering the high hygiene requirements and the infrastructure’s life cycle, the units were designed in accordance with C4 certification (EN ISO 12944-6), ensuring durability, reliability, and compliance with international standards.

Through this project, RACE once again demonstrated its ability to meet highly demanding challenges in the healthcare sector, contributing to the creation of a clinic that stands as a scientific and technological benchmark in Reproductive Medicine in Portugal.
