RACE has commenced another preventive maintenance contract for HVAC installations in the Maia Industrial Zone.

Our team of technicians visited the client’s facilities to carry out the annual preventive maintenance of the HVAC equipment, starting important tasks that include, among others, replacing air handling unit filters, tightening mechanical connections in HVAC electrical panels, and adjusting equipment settings to ensure optimal performance.

The preventive maintenance performed by RACE aims to preserve the condition and capacity of HVAC equipment and systems, ensuring the desired thermal comfort, energy efficiency, and mandatory indoor air quality. It also enhances the reliability and durability of the equipment while minimizing overall maintenance costs, protecting the client’s investment and reducing system downtime.
