RACE has commenced work on the NorteShopping expansion project, which involves enlarging the existing commercial area inaugurated in 1998. This southward expansion adds 16,990 m² of gross floor area for retail, services, and dining. The project will also renew and modernize the overall appearance of the shopping center.

In the first phase, RACE’s work focuses on ventilation and smoke extraction, covering the expansion of the existing parking areas. In future phases, RACE will develop the HVAC system for the mall expansion, new zones, and the relocation of the cinema complex.
