With 39,000 m² of gross leasable area (GLA), 118 stores, and 2,100 parking spaces, this shopping center in Loures was inaugurated in October 2005 by Sonae Sierra. The facility features eight anchor stores, 26 restaurants, and seven cinema auditoriums, offering a wide range of retail and leisure options.

RACE, then operating under the name SISTAVAC, was responsible for the supply and installation of ventilation, HVAC, smoke extraction, and fire protection systems during the construction of the development. The project was awarded in November 2004, with a duration of 12 months, and included the installation of air conditioning, ventilation and smoke extraction, domestic hot water heating, and the implementation of a Building Management System (BMS).
