We completed the installation of the air conditioning, ventilation, and domestic hot water (DHW) systems at the Mercan Properties Group hotel in Évora, aiming to ensure energy efficiency and comfort for both guests and staff.

Direct expansion VRF systems were installed to provide precise temperature control in guest rooms and common areas. For air renewal throughout the different spaces, two air handling units (AHUs) with heat recovery were installed. For enhanced safety, fans with CF90 fire-resistant ducts were also implemented.

The DHW system consists of two boilers and 30 solar panels, connected to four 3,000-liter storage tanks, ensuring efficient hot water production.
