RACE successfully completed the design and construction project for the Obstetrics and Reproductive Medicine Clinic of our client, Ferticentro. The facility covers 537 m², of which 73 m² are cleanrooms with very specific hospital requirements, including an Operating Room, Embryology Laboratory, Andrology Laboratory, and Cryobiology Laboratory.

The HVAC system consists of five custom-built air handling units specifically designed for cleanrooms. Due to stringent hygiene requirements and the desired lifecycle, the units were designed according to C4 certification (EN ISO 12944-6).

RACE successfully addressed the highly demanding challenges of the healthcare sector, delivering a clinic that aims to become a scientific and technological benchmark in the field of Reproductive Medicine in Portugal.
