• Support areas and kitchen: Variable air volume ventilation; air renewal via UTAN units.

• Offices and activity rooms: Fan coil units; air renewal with heat recovery, variable air volume.

• Gym: Dedicated unit for climate control and air renewal.

• Pool: Dehumidification unit for comfort and air quality.

• Guest rooms: Three-pipe centralized VRF system with individual units; air renewal via direct expansion UTAN units, variable air volume.

• Restaurant: Dedicated units for climate control and air renewal.

• Conference rooms and lobby: Variable air volume air handling units.

• Restrooms: Exhaust of stale air; air compensation in changing rooms via UTAN units.

• Garage: Smoke extraction via exhaust fans.
