In November 2016, the first Continente Bom Dia store in Entroncamento was inaugurated, with the refrigeration, HVAC, and BMS installations carried out by RACE.

The refrigeration system, with a capacity of 128.16 kW, was designed to balance key parameters such as thermodynamic performance, operating costs, and energy consumption.

The project stood out for the implementation of a “by Building Efficiency” monitoring and management system, enabling real-time tracking of water and electricity consumption flows, as well as the generation of reports.

Completed in just four months, the work included the installation of air conditioning, ventilation, smoke extraction, energy metering, and centralized technical management systems, ensuring efficiency, control, and operational reliability.

The commercial space was fully prepared to meet the demanding requirements of the Large-Scale Retail sector.
