Cinema City Alegro Setúbal, located within the Alegro Shopping Center, features 9 cinema auditoriums, of which 6 are themed: 2 Kids, 2 Scary, and 2 Action, in addition to a Cinemax VIP auditorium equipped with one of the largest screens in the network and premium service.

During the construction of the shopping center, the then SISTAVAC was responsible for the HVAC contract, with New Line Cinemas relying on its expertise to execute the complex climate control installation in time for the grand opening. The project, awarded in October 2014 and completed in just four months, included the installation of HVAC and smoke extraction systems, the associated electrical installation, and the implementation of a BMS, ensuring comfort, efficiency, and centralized technical control.
