The building consists of three interconnected blocks. The creation of these new facilities was part of a broader reorganization of the allocation of areas for Justice, ICT, and DIAP in Porto.

RACE implemented the project using various equipment for the following systems:

• Smoke extraction control

• Hot and chilled water production and distribution plants

• Integration of the air conditioning control system via ModBus

• Ventilation system control

• Thermal energy measurement

• Energy and water consumption measurement and reporting
