Beer and Soft Drink Factory
One of the largest beer and soft drink factories in the country invested in expanding its industrial facility to increase production capacity, reinforcing domestic supply and strengthening its presence in international markets.
RACE was responsible for the installation of the cooling and refrigeration systems, ensuring higher efficiency in the production process and a significant reduction in energy consumption.
The project included the expansion of the energy plant facilities (glycol water) with an industrial MPG – 30% configuration, constructed in steel and comprising piping, insulation, fittings, tanks, electric pumps, structural supports, and electrical installation. Eight electric pumps with power ratings between 2.2 kW and 55 kW were installed, along with a glycol water tank and an expansion vessel. The piping, with diameters ranging from DN80 to DN600, was insulated with polyurethane and clad in aluminum. The system also includes an electrical panel for pump power supply.
The implemented management system enables control, monitoring, and recording of temperatures, ensuring reliable and efficient operation.
