Bradco inaugurated its new production unit in the Felgueiras Industrial Zone, in the municipality of Castelo de Paiva, strengthening its presence in the leather goods sector and increasing production capacity.

RACE was responsible for the implementation of HVAC, ventilation, and Building Management Systems (BMS), delivering modern, efficient solutions tailored to the specific needs of each area.

Key Installed Solutions:

• Production Area: Rooftop units with heat recovery and free-cooling, motorized diffusers with dynamic adjustment via BMS, and extraction through strategically positioned grilles.

• Administrative Area: VRV system with cassette and ducted units in the reception, integrated into the BMS, with air renewal via treatment units with direct expansion coils.

• Laboratory, Backstage, and Technical Rooms: Wall-mounted split systems connected to the BMS, ensuring independent control.

• Cafeteria: Rooftop units with free-cooling, air supply via circular diffusers, and extraction through ceiling grilles.

• Locker Rooms: Air handling unit with direct expansion coil.

• Sanitary and Storage Areas: Ventilation through outlets, grilles, and extraction dampers connected to fans.

• Leather Vault: Close-control unit with air-cooled condensation for precise temperature and humidity control.

This project highlights RACE’s ability to design and integrate complete, high-efficiency technical systems, ensuring comfort, precise control, and sustainable performance in demanding industrial environments.
