Arrábida Hospital is housed in an independent eight-story building, integrated into the Arrábida Shopping Center, with a total usable area of approximately 13,200 square meters. Equipped with redundant systems that ensure the highest level of safety, the hospital fully complies with current technical and legal requirements, holding Operating License No. 1/2013 issued by ARSN.

The facility includes 51 consultation rooms, seven operating theaters with their respective recovery areas (conventional and ambulatory), a maternity ward with a cesarean section room, two delivery rooms, and a neonatal care unit, as well as an intensive care unit, inpatient ward, and diagnostic center.

This highly responsible project demonstrates RACE’s (then SISTAVAC) ability to meet and exceed the most demanding quality, reliability, and safety standards of its clients.

The project was awarded in November 2008, with a duration of 14 months, and again in August 2016, with a duration of six months, covering the installation of HVAC, ventilation and smoke extraction systems, centralized technical management, and associated electrical installations.
