The upgrade of the Building Management System (BMS) at the Altis Belém Hotel marks yet another achievement for RACE. Fifteen years after the hotel’s opening, the client once again chose our team as their trusted technology partner.

The intervention, carried out by the Building Efficiency team, included the complete replacement of the supervision station and software, migrating to LOYTEC’s LWEB-900 platform, for which RACE serves as a “Competence Center.” The new platform was integrated with a Cloud service leveraging Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning for real-time optimization of HVAC control, ensuring greater energy efficiency and superior comfort for guests.
