Alegro Setúbal Shopping Center
The expansion of the shopping center in Setúbal, promoted by Immochan, the real estate company of the Auchan Group, represented an investment of €70 million and allowed the previously existing area to more than triple. In addition to the renovation of the Jumbo hypermarket, which continues to serve as the anchor store, the number of shops increased from 40 to 115.
The project also included the creation of a health club and the opening of nine CINEMACITY cinema halls, with the technical execution carried out by RACE (then still operating under the name SISTAVAC).
The intervention, which lasted 12 months and began in October 2013, included the installation of HVAC systems, associated electrical infrastructure, and the Building Management System (BMS).
