RACE is currently on-site working on the new office building project at the SONAE Business Park in Maia, where it is responsible for the installation of the complete HVAC and BMS systems.

The building, located along Estrada Nacional 13, will feature approximately 7,000 m² of above-ground area and underground floors designated for parking facilities.

The entire project is based on sustainability principles and is set to achieve LEED certification (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) by the U.S. Green Building Council, with RACE’s contribution playing a key role in meeting the requirements for sustainable construction.

The project is expected to be completed in the first half of 2019.
