Sonae Sierra has launched a new food hall concept at NorteShopping, called “The CookBook”, part of the 14,000 m² expansion project with a total investment of €77 million. This space introduces a new concept of dining areas, offering a distinctive experience within a multifunctional environment.

RACE was responsible for the installation of the HVAC system, smoke control, and smoke extraction in this new area, covering approximately 15 stores and 12 kiosks that make up the common spaces.

RACE will also oversee the third phase of this expansion, scheduled to open in 2020, which will feature a new area composed of premium stores.
